As a Facilities Secretary at Lidl, you will play a vital role in keeping our rapidly growing network of stores and distribution centres in perfect condition. It’s an ongoing challenge for our Facilities team, one that will keep you on your toes. This is an integral, detail-orientated role, for someone who is confident communicating with other offices and external consultants to make sure sure every project is executed seamlessly.

What you’ll do

  • Keep a close eye on repair orders, making sure they’re running on schedule
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries and other paperwork
  • Stay in touch with people inside and outside the business to plan maintenance tasks
  • Pro-actively manage diaries, events, meetings and agendas
  • Pitch in to help your team and provide admin support

What you’ll need

  • Excellent secretarial/admin experience, ideally in the property sector
  • Fast and flawless typing skills with strong Word and Excel knowledge
  • Excellent written and spoken English as well as great numeracy skills
  • An eye for detail, outstanding organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
