Description:
We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Service Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting any onsite problems
- Dealing with client requests as they come through
- Delegating duties to direct reports
- Ensuring that the services is operating onsite efficiently and effectively
- Overseeing the day to day management of the soft service operation
- Making sure that all HR duties are completed
- Building effective relatioships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have the following experiece:
- Have hospitality experience
- Proven experience in the soft services sector; cleaning/portering/security/helpdesk/laundery
- Experience managing teams
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Prioritising workloads with adhoc requests
- Future planning for upcoming events
