REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Corporate Facilities Management Industry
  • Self and team motivation
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Finance principles in order to manage P&L and client budget
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of real estate disciplines.
  • Excellent Administration and financial experience
  • Leadership skills and proactive reaction

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in soft services, hard services, EHS, Finance and governance processes
  • Drive and implement Strategic Plans across the managed sites
  • Ensure a full understanding of client needs through effective relationship management.
  • Manage a team of Facilities Managers, Facilities Coordinators, receptionists and hosts, utilizing their skills and encouraging accountability and quality service delivery.
  • Create an open, dynamic and team oriented environment among team, and across the EMEA Region
  • Ensure Small Projects are delivered well within time, budget and quality across the managed sites.
  • Liaise with different Workplace stakeholders, namely Projects Team, Occupancy Planning Team, EHS Team, Transactions Management Team, among others for a unified and effective service delivery for the client.
  • Ensure FM Priorities are adopted and implemented in managed sites.
  • Management of work order system Service Insight, utilizing Vantage Analytics for monthly reports and information to Senior Management
  • Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard. This includes: management of helpdesk and asset management systems, Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures, assisting in set up of POs and supplier payments; ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
  • Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated, and implemented within the contract.
  • Ensure roles are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Work with other staff across EMEA to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
  • Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential.
  • Assist in ensuring that the account savings glidepath for the site is achieved through managing supplier contracts and committing to savings ideas
  • Supplier management focuses on savings each month.
  • Assignment management, (require competitive vendor quotes, PO’s approved and created, CBRE PO created and closed, CBRE Invoice submitted and CBRE Vendor invoice submitted with GR of PO.)
  • Understanding account budgets and savings plans for the year working closely with Facilities Manager to achieve all targets set.
