Facilities Technician (Capital Projects)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will manage the process for the implementation of capital projects, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintain accurate records and documentation of implemented projects, collaborate with multifunctional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain), and develop and maintain procedures for the implementation of projects according to the availability. Work on the evaluation of 5-year projects in accordance with the company’s vision.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering in Administrative Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Administrative Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

• Review and justify capital projects.
• Perform Asset Life Cycle Analysis (M&E)
• Perform and follow up on approval of capital requisitions.
• Perform labor reclassification for capital projects.
• Evaluate and justify 5-year capital projects.
• Prepare condition letters for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with BIQs for each project.
• Perform, follow up and close change letters, registration and surplus.
• Reviewed with the OPACC financial calculation manager.
• Perform savings projects (OIA)
• Perform financial analysis of implemented projects.
