It presently manages over 5100 multi-family apartment units in Regina, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and NOW Calgary. As a Facilities Technician you will report directly to the Community Manager. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for all maintenance and technical duties at assigned properties. The ultimate objectives of this position are to maintain and enhance the mechanical infrastructure of all properties, provide quality service, and offer an enjoyable living experience for residents.
