Facilities Technician (for Sta. Rosa)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years hands on experience on related engineering field
• Vocational Diploma/Certificate on Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics. Bachelor’s degree, or registered license preferred.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in QC / Sta Rosa.
• At least 1-year BPO Facilities Experience.

• Must be willing to work in QC / Sta Rosa.

• Reporting to the Site Facilities Manager Carries out scheduled maintenance work.
• Supervises Preventive Maintenance work to be conducted by Vendors Fixes minor electrical issues within the building.
• Repairs or cleans indoor AC units.
• Support Operations on area setup.
• Install electronic equipment on set up areas work with the PMO team during Fit Outs Provide reports on daily activity.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair on Facility equipment Work closely with the building admin for ingress and egress and submitting gate passes and work permits.
• Work with the Building Admin for storage and parking lease Vendor coordination.
• Other tasks as instructed by the Facilities Manager.
