Heart of the Dutch financial capital market
Euronext Amsterdam is located in the lively city centre of Amsterdam at the historical exchange building at Beursplein 5. This historical building is the heart of the Dutch financial capital market. With around 35 tenant companies all active in the ecosystem of the Amsterdam stock exchange, our building functions as a trading, knowledge and network centre in Amsterdam and the Netherlands.
Job summary
The Facilities departments provide facility services for the Euronext employees and tenants in the locations Amsterdam, Hoorn and Capelle a/d IJssel. These services consist of managing the office spaces and space planning, furniture, office access & requirements, maintenance, catering, waste disposal and all further facility related aspects.
Also, the Facilities & Administration Officer will assist with general administrative support for the offices in Amsterdam, Hoorn and Capelle e/d IJssel.
The job holder will be based in Amsterdam (Beursplein 5) office and will also manage the day-to -day facility requirements and needs for the offices located in Hoorn (Ibabs) and Capelle a/d IJssel (Company Webcast), both Euronext companies.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing Facility related requirements and needs for Ibabs/Company Webcast/ Beursplein 5 offices.
- Managing and monitoring the Opex- and Capex budgets for Ibabs and Company web cast locations
- Manage and monitoring external suppliers contracts/ point of contact for the NL offices
- Booking couriers with courier company if and when needed.
- Monitoring office stationery supplies and replenishing stock if necessary for the NL locations.
- Working with Facilities Manager/Procurement/Accounts Team to ensure all PR’s are raised, product receipts created and invoices paid in timely manner.
- Manage cross charges to tenants (Amsterdam) on behalf of facilities .
- If and when needed, assisting works related to Printing, photocopying and binding.
- Supporting ad-hoc departmental support across the NL locations.
