THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a candidate for the Facility and Administration Assistant position for the workplace enablement services (WES) team of a dynamically developing, EY Global Delivery Services office in Budapest. If you are committed and engaged to work in Facility management, combined with administration field, enjoy helping to resolve problems and to provide our colleagues with a smoothly working back office, we have a perfect place for you. The role works within a fast-changing environment taking place to the various processes. This is an opportunity to broaden your experience with challenging your existing skills working within a large and multi country organization.

  • Knowledge of English and Hungarian
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel Skills will be definitely an advantage

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting the day-to day operation of the office and associated equipment. In this role you will be also assisting administration projects, processes, policies, and procedures. Additionally, maintains a safe and effective working environment.
