JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide outstanding assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their purchase of products or services, while also managing the facility and overseeing daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office).Customer-centric mindset
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling lessons and meetings, payments and issuing invoices.
- Handle office administrative functions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage and update facility-related records and documentation.
- Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and on time.
- Collect payments from clients for facility-related services.
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of all transactions.
- Ensure the facility is fully operational and well-maintained.
- Supervise and manage staff and provide training and support to ensure high performance.
- Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Optimize the use of facility space to meet organizational needs.
- Track expenses and manage financial records related to operations.
- Implement and manage protocols to protect the facility and its occupants.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on products, services, and processes.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
