JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide outstanding assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their purchase of products or services, while also managing the facility and overseeing daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office).Customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling lessons and meetings, payments and issuing invoices.
  • Handle office administrative functions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage and update facility-related records and documentation.
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and on time.
  • Collect payments from clients for facility-related services.
  • Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of all transactions.
  • Ensure the facility is fully operational and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and manage staff and provide training and support to ensure high performance.
  • Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
  • Optimize the use of facility space to meet organizational needs.
  • Track expenses and manage financial records related to operations.
  • Implement and manage protocols to protect the facility and its occupants.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on products, services, and processes.
    Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
