EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred at least two years as a Lead or Supervisory role of facilities management experience in a facilities environment.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of at least 6 years’ experience in role supporting Warehouse or Facility Maintenance environment.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Must have personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong technical knowledge of facilities maintenance, repair, and operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferred.
  • Experience working a Warehouse and Office support service effort OCONUS as a DOD Contractor.
  • Experience using MAXIMO.
  • Demonstrated experience and capability in cost controls, budgeting, work effort scoping, planning, estimating, procurement, scheduling, change management, and tracking contractor dispute resolution
  • International driver’s license prior to deployment preferred.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as a Point of Contact (POC) for questions or difficulties that arise related to the contract, interfacing with the CO, COTR, and Government leadership daily.
  • Manages day-to-day operations and maintenance activities, mechanical, life safety, electrical, carpentry and plumbing operations and grounds maintenance. Updates of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Reviews business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency.
  • Recommends, develops, implements, establishes and enforces procedures and programs to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Provides technical support to operating entities.
  • Interprets and implements maintenance policy.
  • Performs key responsibilities on contract performance includes adherence to company and government processes, regulations, and statutes.
  • Establishes milestones, implements program metrics, and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Identifies program problems and challenges and obtains solutions such as allocation of resources or acquiring additional resources needed to mitigate the challenge.
  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, employee selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, and performance recognitions, and if necessary, implement disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversees the receiving, recording and accomplishment of all OM&R work order requests.
  • Executes the implementation of a comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) program.
  • Maintains prioritized schedules for OM&R & PM Programs.
  • Initiates, implements, and manages “Best practices” and process improvements for the program.
  • Measures work performance against established goals & standards.
  • Oversees the cataloging, updating & maintenance of site drawings.
  • Ensures strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.
  • Adheres to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System.
  • Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
