Responsibilities:

In this vital role you will be primarily responsible for the overall delivery of safe, reliable employee focused facilities management for two offices in the UK, one smaller office in Dublin and a small office in Milan.

  • Coordinate facilities management, including workplace amenities, maintenance services to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with the operating model per location
  • Manage space planning, long-term facility management plans, and lifecycle analysis of systems
  • Serve as the main contact for third-party vendors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Oversee budgeting, sourcing, contract management, and financial efficiency in facilities and workplace services
  • Resolve facilities and workplace issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain site amenities like cafeteria and catering services for a productive work environment
  • Collaborate with safety teams on emergency services, business continuity, and sustainability efforts
  • Support environmental sustainability by optimizing utilities, managing consumables, and waste
  • Engage with landlords on maintenance and support projects like relocations and tenant improvements to meet Amgen standards and regulations
