JOB SUMMARY
A Real Estate company based in Chevron is in need of a professional facility manager who will be responsible to oversee the daily operations in the facility.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- The facility manager must have excellent communication skill
- Organizational skill and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations.
- Maintaining records in the facility including maintenance bills, waste disposal bill and payment information.
- Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping and parking spaces in the facility.
- Managing the up keep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Ensuring that basic facilities such as water treatment and supply are well maintained.
- Supervising team of staff such as cleaners, security and other staff which may be placed directly under his/her control
