JOB SUMMARY

A Real Estate company based in Chevron is in need of a professional facility manager who will be responsible to oversee the daily operations in the facility.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The facility manager must have excellent communication skill
  • Organizational skill and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations.
  • Maintaining records in the facility including maintenance bills, waste disposal bill and payment information.
  • Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping and parking spaces in the facility.
  • Managing the up keep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Ensuring that basic facilities such as water treatment and supply are well maintained.
  • Supervising team of staff such as cleaners, security and other staff which may be placed directly under his/her control
