Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluation of potential new suppliers
- Request and Analysis of quotations
- Preparation of requests and purchase orders (indirect procurement)
- Determination of the lowest cost for products/materials
- Track and record orders
- Organize and plan purchases in a timely manner
- Entering supplier records
- Maintain and update supplier information in the management system
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and periodically negotiate prices and contracts
- Work with various departments to determine procurement needs
- Management of stocks and updating of inventory registers
- Inventory activities
- Market analysis and related conditions of sale
- Collaboration in the administrative management of mandatory and extraordinary maintenance
- Support in the preparation and verification of specific reports and analyses
- Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance through internal audits
- Manage administrative tasks such as submitting documents and maintaining registers and tables in electronic and paper format
