Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluation of potential new suppliers
  • Request and Analysis of quotations
  • Preparation of requests and purchase orders (indirect procurement)
  • Determination of the lowest cost for products/materials
  • Track and record orders
  • Organize and plan purchases in a timely manner
  • Entering supplier records
  • Maintain and update supplier information in the management system
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and periodically negotiate prices and contracts
  • Work with various departments to determine procurement needs
  • Management of stocks and updating of inventory registers
  • Inventory activities
  • Market analysis and related conditions of sale
  • Collaboration in the administrative management of mandatory and extraordinary maintenance
  • Support in the preparation and verification of specific reports and analyses
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance through internal audits
  • Manage administrative tasks such as submitting documents and maintaining registers and tables in electronic and paper format
