EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong business digital literacy, MS Office package, AutoCAD
- Communicative English level – verbal and written form
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of wiring, circuits and other electrical components
- Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems

- Understanding of local and national codes, regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members

- Demonstrate knowledge of regulations, codes, standards, and safety - this includes local engineering procedures and practices as applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)
- Keeps all design electrical documentation up to date to construction in order (keep records of all relevant as built documentation in paper and electronic version on company server.)
- Project management (design, cost estimates, planning, executions, supervising and handover)
- Prepare and coordinate tenders for construction works, request price quotation and order, supervises suppliers, invoice checking and approval.
- Lead all aspects of building maintenance incorporating external areas, including winter and summer maintenance.
- Supervise of maintenance technicians in means of electrical maintenance
- Prepares, follow and secure preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
- FM Global insurance company support with requirements, report all risks based on their regulation
