Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Facility Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance and logistics at our Dublin office. This role offers a consistent schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
It combines facilities upkeep with shipping and receiving duties, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Facilities Maintenance & Management:

  • Perform and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Liase with vendors for specialised maintenance, while keeping the facilities clean, safe and regulatory-compliant.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and assist in facility improvement and sustainability projects.
  • Sit at the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors; will be required to answer or receive calls as needed.

Health & Safety:

  • Conduct safety inspections, address hazards and ensure compliance with HSA regulations.
  • Support emergency response procedures and collaborate with the Safety Supervisor on safety initiatives.

Shipping & Receiving:

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate processing and documentation of shipments.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, report discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date inventory records in the management system.

Inventory & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and file shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs forms.
  • Assist with facilities budgeting and track expenses for cost-saving opportunities.
