Headquarters based in Auckland NZ, we have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to join our Factory Automation supportive and collaborative team on full-time basis for a fixed 6 months period, located at our East Tamaki office in Auckland, NZ.
Job Description
The Sales Intern will work in the FA Sales team and is accountable for developing sales expertise and tender application knowledge. Assisting in sales planning, tendering application process, key account management and project management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Fresh graduate - degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong motivation and drive
- Confident communication, relationship building
- Strong command of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems

Responsibilities:
- Process, administer and review orders
- Assist in identifying new business development opportunities
- Promote technical solutions to potential clients
- Assist with coordination of projects for the delivery of successful customer solutions
- Assist in managing customer relationships, maintaining customer database and reporting on sales metrics
