We are currently seeking an experienced Factory Manager with a strong engineering background and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication and installation. This role will oversee the entire production and installation process, ensuring smooth operations and project success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication and installation (windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of pricing aluminium tenders using software such as Orgadata’s LogiKal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a Factory Manager or similar role within the aluminium industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the factory’s operations, including aluminium fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of products such as windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, handrails, and louvres.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review aluminium tenders, cost estimates, and budgets using pricing software such as Orgadata’s LogiKal.
- Continuously monitor and optimize factory workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during fabrication or installation to maintain high-quality standards.
