Responsibilities:
· Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate plant operations and personnel for efficient productivity and safety compliance.
· Manage customer relationships regarding service, delivery, and quality alongside the sales team.
· Support and manage New Product Development initiatives.
· Oversee quality control by utilizing site resources and liaising with Group technical as needed.
· Monitor and measure daily production KPIs to optimize cost and margin delivery.
· Prepare and manage annual budget to track productivity, identify cost reduction areas, and improve capital expenditure.
· Achieve production yields and quality goals consistently.
· Determine staffing and training needs in line with HR and productivity standards,
· Communicate with Supervisors and departments to coordinate resources for on-time production delivery.
· Ensure adequate manpower, competence, skills, knowledge, and equipment on the production floor to meet targets.
· Conduct performance management and annual appraisals for direct reports, addressing underperformance as needed.
· Provide regular reporting on labor efficiency, recruitment/retention, absenteeism, uptime/downtime, and KPIs.
· Promote positive employee relations through conflict management and effective communication of organizational changes.
· Drive continuous improvement and employee involvement using Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques.
· Collaborate with the factory operations team to share best practices and support group initiatives.
