• Ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently and safely
• Oversee day to day office operations, manage, support staff coordinate essential services, and implement systems to maximize efficiency
• Planning and evaluating department policies, processes, priorities and
• Manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards
• Maintain staff by assessing and promoting employees
• Ensure that the department is on track to meet performance goals and makes adjustments based on performance data as needed
• Hiring, train and supervise production employees
• Creating budget, monitoring output and ensuring that the team follows the required safety protocol.
• Degree in Production Management
• 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager within a Factory
• Knowledgeable about lean manufacturing and lean six sigma principles
• Familiar with ISO Standards and sigma methodology.
• Experience with handling Production planning and managing production schedules
• Skilled in Kaizen, Kaban and standard operating procedures
