As a Factory & Performance Controlling Manager for Transformers at Siemens Energy, you will be at the heart of our factory’s financial operations. Your day will involve direct interaction with various departments including sales, planning, engineering, production, and quality to ensure that the factory’s production processes are accurately reflected in our systems. You will oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting related to the financial situation of the factory. This role is dynamic and offers constant learning opportunities as you implement improvements in reporting systems, process enhancements, and follow-ups with plant personnel.
