Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled production supervisor to join our team. You will oversee daily operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly verbalise ideas and action plans
- Excellent organisational skills to plan production schedules and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment
- Strong analytical skills to determine problems within the production process and take appropriate action
- Good time-management skills to minimise downtime and ensure a team works efficiently
- The ability to cope with pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- A firm understanding of health and safety regulations
Hours: 05:45am – 14:30pm. 40 hours per week, inclusive of a 15-minute tea break and a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 4 key areas - Health and Safety, Quality, Production and Team development
- Allocate tasks to team members
- Supervise production processes and monitor quality standards
- Provide guidance and training to staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
