Responsibilities:
THIS IS A PART-TIME (0.5 FTE), 12 MONTH FIXED-TERM ROLE.
This will be a busy role in a fast-paced environment, and you will be expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information and establish your own support networks across UCL. An excellent eye for detail, superb organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.
You will be a key member of the professional services team, responsible for supporting the Faculty Executive Assistant in providing comprehensive support functions to the Faculty Dean and Director of Operations. You will also provide administrative support that underpins the smooth running and effective operational management of the faculty office.
You will undertake a wide range of tasks in areas such as diary management, events, finance, estates and health & safety. You will be expected to demonstrate a flexible approach, capable of responding to changing priorities and providing support across different areas as required to meet core deadlines.
