FACULTY.PROFESSOR.RESEARCH ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME
Med-Ophthalmology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (24006549)
The University of Pittsburgh, Ophthalmology Department, is hiring a Research Assistant Professor, nontenure position. Faculty will assist in the development and testing of novel biomaterials for gene therapy as well as pursuing independent research goals. Candidate will be expected to perform relevant experiments, publish manuscripts, train students and postdocs, and present work at professional meetings. They will also be expected to assist in the preparation of grant applications to grow the lab’s research portfolio.
PhD is required in Chemical or Biomedical Engineering, with 2+year’s experience in ocular drug delivery systems for glaucoma.
