QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer related supervisory experience preferred
- Food Safe Certification is required
- Serving It Right Qualification Required
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Lead service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions
