Description:
Job title: Family Advocacy Program Assistant.
Location: Kaiserslautern ACS, Germany.
Job Type: Full Time.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, Nursing, Counseling or Behavioral Science, Education or Community/Public Health from an accredited university.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Family and children’s services or community organization, with experience in Family violence.
Duties:
- Compile and report monthly training, including data on incoming commanders.
- Prepare and process daily FAP correspondence following military regulations.
- Manage and maintain attendance rosters for FAP workshops, classes, seminars, and training.
- Serve as a point of contact for FAP marketing, including the coordination, development, ordering, delivery, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Schedule, confirm, and attend meetings as required.
- Assist in facilitating and supporting FAP trainings and classes.
- Provide support services to victims of family violence as needed.
