Job Description
We are looking for a Family Solicitor who will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in all areas of family law. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of family law matters and a desire to provide compassionate and effective legal solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Handling a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
· Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law disputes.
· Drafting legal documents, including court applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
· Attending court hearings and representing clients in family law proceedings.
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and best practices.
· Liaising with clients, other solicitors, and third parties to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Preferred Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates who have additional experience in the following areas:
· Commercial Lease: Knowledge and experience in dealing with commercial lease agreements, negotiations, and disputes.
· Immigration Law: Experience in providing legal advice and representation in immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and asylum cases.
Qualifications and Skills
· Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years of experience in family law.
· Strong understanding of family law legislation and procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
· Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
