Description:

Robert Half has partnered with our client on a contract employment opportunity for a Family Law Paralegal in Boulder, Colorado. This role primarily focuses on Family Law, providing support to a team of two attorneys and one paralegal. The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal team through efficient case management and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Aderant and CompuLaw systems to manage cases effectively.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.
  • Use Adobe Acrobat and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for document handling and management.
  • Handle billing functions and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Prepare briefings and documents related to Family Law.
  • Manage calendar schedules for attorneys, ensuring timely appointments and hearings.
  • Oversee claim administration and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the legal team and clients.
  • Use Case Management Software for tracking and reporting legal proceedings.
  • Leverage your skills in Family Law to provide comprehensive support to the team.
  • Possession of a minimum of three years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
  • Proficiency in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) software.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Case Management Software and CompuLaw effectively.
  • Experience in performing Billing Functions is essential.
  • Must be adept at Briefing and Calendar Management tasks.
  • Proven skills in Claim Administration.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Prior experience in Family Law is desirable.
