Description:
Robert Half has partnered with our client on a contract employment opportunity for a Family Law Paralegal in Boulder, Colorado. This role primarily focuses on Family Law, providing support to a team of two attorneys and one paralegal. The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal team through efficient case management and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Aderant and CompuLaw systems to manage cases effectively.
- Process and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.
- Use Adobe Acrobat and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for document handling and management.
- Handle billing functions and ensure timely invoicing.
- Prepare briefings and documents related to Family Law.
- Manage calendar schedules for attorneys, ensuring timely appointments and hearings.
- Oversee claim administration and resolve customer inquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication between the legal team and clients.
- Use Case Management Software for tracking and reporting legal proceedings.
- Leverage your skills in Family Law to provide comprehensive support to the team.
- Possession of a minimum of three years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
- Proficiency in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) software.
- Demonstrated ability to use Case Management Software and CompuLaw effectively.
- Experience in performing Billing Functions is essential.
- Must be adept at Briefing and Calendar Management tasks.
- Proven skills in Claim Administration.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Prior experience in Family Law is desirable.
