ER and obstetrics available but not essential. Inpatient and long-term care are provided to our pateints. Hospital privileges at Shuswap Lake Hospital.
Shuswap Lake Hospital is a 40 bed Level 2 Community Hospital serving a referral population of 60,000. This hospital offers a 24 hour Emergency Department, laboratory and radiology, surgical, inpatient, ambulatory and outpatient care, and obstetrical care. Additional features include operating rooms, CT, Echocardiograph, Level 2 ICU and visiting clinics that include orthopedics, urology, obstetrics/gynecology and pediatrics. Tertiary centres located in Kelowna or Kamloops .
