Easter Seals Alberta (ESA) is a provincial not-for-profit organization that has been in existence for over 70 years. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Family Resource Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall success and health of Easter Seals Alberta’s programs. This position requires a strong background in leadership, with proven experience in managing teams, developing staff, and driving program excellence. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of past management roles, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team while ensuring the effective delivery of programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Business, Education, Social Work or Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience would be ideal.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role is a requirement for this position
  • Proven experience in staff management and development.
  • Experience with the PDD and FSCD services is an asset.
  • Experience working with individuals with diverse ability levels is an asset.
