Description:
A leading practice is seeking an experienced and motivated family law solicitor with 4 years of post-qualification experience or more to join the team in the central London.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to grow their career in a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements.
- Offering tailored, client-focused advice on complex legal issues.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as needed.
- Participating in business development initiatives such as networking, client relationship-building, and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy.
- Ensuring efficiency and accuracy through exceptional organisational and document management skills.
- Keeping up to date with changes in family law and applying this knowledge effectively to client matters.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with 4 years or more post-qualification experience in family law.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in family law, particularly in financial settlements and child arrangements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to independently manage and prioritise a demanding caseload.
- Commercial awareness and a track record of contributing to business development efforts.
- High proficiency with IT tools and legal software.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to meeting client needs.
