FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR – HYBRID WORKING
Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking for a new challenge?
My client is seeking a dedicated and driven solicitor to manage a varied caseload of private and legal aid family matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team where you can make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Family Law Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to handle a diverse caseload, including:
- Privately funded family matters such as divorce, finances and Children Act cases
- Legal aid cases
- Advocacy in court proceedings
- Managing relationships with corporate and private clients
- Keeping up to date with relevant family law legislation
- Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining high standards of client care
- Drafting legal documents, letters and applications
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm
- Conducting legal research and participating in marketing activities such as seminars and workshops
