We are seeking a part time (30 hours) Maternity Cover Family Support Worker to work across our Family Hubs within Sandwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a passionate and committed team.
The Family Support team take an active lead to working with partner organisations, local communities, and residents to achieve best outcomes for the families within that area. PERSON SPECIFICATION/SHORTLISTING CRITERIA:

• Must have access to own vehicle due to the nature of the role.
• Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in relevant field
• Efficient at managing workload and prioritising tasks/ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills and ability to form strong partnership links.
• Driven, passionate and flexible in offering families a high-quality service.
• Secure knowledge and confidence to recognise and response to safeguarding concerns and issues.
• Ability to collate and analyse information to produce high quality assessments, action plans and reports.
