Description:

This role is at the cutting edge of next-generation automated manufacturing in Automotive and you will need to assist in developing multiple programs for automated assembly applications, particularly in respect of new product introduction.

  • Experience within manufacturing sectors.
  • Spend time off-site with relevant suppliers to support programs (for example new launches)
  • Robot programming and all troubleshooting.
  • External Axis configuration and frame setup.
  • EoAT configuration and load data setup.
  • Interrupt/Trap program setups.
  • Multitasking/parallel jobs/BG logic setup.
  • Ladder program M ladder/Kladder/ladder- III setup and programming.
  • Program/frame offsets, Error handler, use of Special instructions.
  • Vision system.
  • All communication setups.
  • Understanding of robot control interface with ancillary equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve control issues and/or respond to problems.
  • Manage, maintain, and configure all software relating to PLC, Robotics, DC Tooling, Welders, etc.
  • Software expertise – Robot Studio, Motionpro, Dynacal etc.
  • Assess the quality of the product against standard.
  • Back up and maintenance of programs.
  • Generation of TPM.
