Position: Farm Administrative Support & Parts Technician
Kamper Group of Companies is a family owned and operated farming operation in Southern Alberta. We operate in Taber, Vauxhall, Hays & Burdett and are currently looking to add to our team by recruiting a Farm Administrative Support & Parts Position. This position would be based out of our operations at Burdett.
Reporting to the ownership/management of the company, this candidate must be an assertive individual whom has excellent written and oral communication skills. Time management, unquestionable integrity and maintenance of confidential information are key requirements along with computer skills and attention to detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

-Computer literate – must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Valid Class 5 Drivers License
-Clean drivers abstract
-Transportation to job site is required
-Ability to work under minimal supervision
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Organizational skills
-Work well under pressure
-Possess problem solving skills
-Must be able to communicate in the English language both written and verbal
-Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
-Agronomy experience an asset, but not requirement
-Be a safety conscious worker at all times
-Effective interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well both independently as well as in a team environment
As this is a farming operation, season overtime hours, including weekends and outside of standard business hours will be required.

-Scaling trucks in and out and keeping accurate shipping records
-Maintain inventory of required parts and order when necessary
-Pickup required parts as needed
-Maintain food safety and farm safety records
-Other duties as required by management
