Description:
HOSPITALITY + EDUCATION
- Leading farm tours and groups
- Assisting with workshops
- Educate the broader Vertice team by presenting at line ups, creating and maintaining a connection with our teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant farm management and planning experience
ENVIRONMENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs; Ability to [stand and/or sit] for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, climb stairs and steps, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE…
Under the direction of the Owner / Head Farmer, and in conjunction with the SingleThread Team, the Farm Manager works to achieve the company’s objectives in planning and managing the gardens at our farm property.
