• Experience Length : 2 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Animal husbandry, Agric science, or related field.
• Proven experience in farm management or relevant agricultural roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and agricultural best practices.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with farm machinery operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in agriculture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and agricultural trends.
• Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience in Cattle rearing and soybeans is an added advantage. Candidates will be on projects within Badagry.

• Supervising daily farm operations, including cattle rearing and soybeans.
• Planning and coordinating planting and harvesting schedules.
• Managing farm budgets and expenses.
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintaining farm equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitoring crop health and implementing pest and disease control measures.
• Conducting market research and strategizing crop sales.
• Collaborating with agricultural experts and government agencies.
• Developing and implementing sustainable farming practices.
