Position: Farm Operations Assistant
Location: On-farm in Wabash, Ontario
Schedule: 3 days a week, 6-8 hour days
(Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday – no weekends or holiday Mondays)

Hard Scrabble Blooms is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Operations Assistant for the 2025 flower season. This role is integral to our farm’s success and involves working closely with the owner to manage various tasks essential to the smooth operation of our flower farm. If you’re passionate about sustainable agriculture, flowers, and working outdoors, this is the job for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Operations Assistant, your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Harvesting flowers with precision and care
- Weeding, planting, and bed preparation
- Assisting with field clean-up and maintenance
- Creating stunning bouquets
- Providing excellent customer service during on-farm interactions
