Farm Production Supervisor

Position Description: Supervises employees in farm environment. The Farm Production Supervisor plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. During the farming seasons may function as an operator, laborer or both but is always willing and able to do anything that is asked of them to create a quality product for our customers with an emphasis on completing a wide variety of tasks effectively, efficiently and safely.
Education: Associate’s degree with at least 2 years related work experience or 4 years agricultural-related work experience or equivalent.
Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor with the ability to communicate and lead a team. Good decision-making ability and able to handle problems quickly and efficiently. Mechanical ability and hands-on experience with the production of a specific product or good required
