Farm Supervisor (Must have Class One)

Grain farm located in Rocky View County, Alberta.
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise farm activities and workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain and repair farm machinery and equipment
- Class one a must
-Must be insurable
- Operate heavy equipment for various farming tasks
- Irrigate crops and maintain garden areas
- Perform heavy lifting as needed
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for farm maintenance
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures as necessary
Experience
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with farm machinery and irrigation systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate power tools
- Basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping
