Giant Tiger is seeking a Fashion & Design Intern from the following programs: Fine Arts, Fashion, or Design.
As the Fashion & Design Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with surface designers and unleash your creativity while learning the day-to-day administrative tasks of a Canadian retailer in a hands-on environment.

Fashion& Design Intern, Role Highlights:

• Artwork Archiving Project: Coordination and classification of current and historical artworks and uploading to a digital asset management system.
• Artwork Development: Support surface designers in creating artwork for upcoming garments, from concept to tech pack.
• Mood Board Magic: Contribute to the creation of themes/mood boards supporting category strategy and product development.
• Market Research: Assist in market research on artwork/illustration trends for informed design decisions.

Fashion& Design Intern, Candidate Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program such as Fine Arts, Fashion or Design.
• Detail Oriented: A keen eye for detail with a genuine interest in fashion or design and the ability to work independently on various administrative and support tasks.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Bonus: Fluent in both English and French.
