REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or diploma in communications, branding, marketing, or a related field
  • Capable of assisting managers in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Proven creativity and project management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across different divisions, countries, and entities.
  • Motivated to explore new areas, adaptable, resourceful, and a strong team player.Solid understanding and experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication channels.

Responsibilities:

DESIGN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop mood boards, design concepts, and presentations.
  • Conduct design and fabric research, source materials, prepare prototypes, and oversee prototype development.
  • Create technical drawings for sampling and presentation purposes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams on design development and production processes.

MARKETING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Manager in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Develop and manage social media and digital content calendars (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn), aligned with the Marketing Calendar.
  • Create and write content for marketing materials such as product catalogs, corporate presentations, promotional flyers, and advertisements.
  • Contribute to photography for social media platforms and ensure website content is current and up to date.
  • Stay informed about digital content trends, conduct market research, and perform competitor analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating with media partners to secure brand exposure and relevant partnerships.
  • Manage and update product information on the company website.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports analyzing campaign performance and engagement.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
