We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating innovative clothing and accessory collections that align with our brand vision and current market trends. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of fabrics, colors, patternmaking, and garment construction, combined with a passion for staying ahead of emerging fashion trends. You will collaborate closely with other designers, product developers, and marketing teams to bring your ideas from sketch to final product, ensuring that each design meets our high standards of quality, style, and functionality. • Design Development: Create original and trend-forward designs for clothing and accessories that reflect the brand’s identity and seasonal themes.
• Trend Research: Continuously monitor and analyze fashion trends, competitor designs, and consumer preferences to ensure collections remain fresh and relevant.
• Sketching & Illustration: Produce clear and detailed hand or digital sketches to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Fabric & Material Selection: Select suitable fabrics, textures, and color palettes that enhance both the aesthetic and functional qualities of the designs.
• Pattern Making & Prototyping: Work closely with pattern makers and sample production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into prototypes.
• Collection Presentation: Prepare design boards, mood boards, and presentations to showcase concepts and complete collections to internal stakeholders.
• Brand Identity Alignment: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s branding, target market, and overall business strategy.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Explore new materials and sustainable design approaches that align with environmental trends and company goals.
