Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for Fashion Retail and product: Fundamental expertise in fashion retail, with experience in buying and planning, KPI monitoring and visual merchandising.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in fashion retail or wholesale industry, buying/panning background is a must.
  • Strong ability to identify product market trends and category mix for future deliveries
  • MENA Market Expertise: At least 5 years of work experience in the MENA market and in-depth knowledge of the region
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and strong communication abilities.
  • Personality: Curious, pragmatic, proactive, with a hands-on attitude.
  • Multistakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster team interaction.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel! and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Store Openings: Strategically plan and execute new store openings, including managing purchase orders and preparing opening packages.
  • Buying & Market Research: Oversee purchase orders and inventory management to prevent shortages, and act as a proactive partner in buying and inventory decisions. Guide and operate product selection to meet store needs.
  • Budget & Planning Management
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including conducting store visits to improve performance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze performance using key metrics, addressing issues to drive improvements. Proactively come up with Actions to ensure that targets can be reached.
  • Visual Merchandising: Monitor and assess visual merchandising strategies, providing feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards.
