Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Leader to champion face to face B2B sales while driving the growth and success of our sales team. This pivotal role is equal parts sales expertise and leadership. You’ll inspire a team of account managers, lead by example, and develop strategies to strengthen our position as a market leader in the wholesale fashion industry.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Master B2B Sales: Act as the face of Style State, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail buyers and business owners. Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service in our showroom and beyond, showcasing our full range of styles with confidence, product knowledge, and professionalism.
  • Lead by Example: Be a hands-on leader, motivating the sales team through your own performance and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to expand our customer base in both local and international markets.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to align team objectives, address challenges, and provide mentorship and guidance to account managers.
  • Drive Results: Set and achieve individual and team KPIs, ensuring consistency in meeting sales targets and maintaining excellence in customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to identify new opportunities and maintain our leadership in fashion wholesale.
