Otter Co-op is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Fashions Associate for our Retail Centre located in Langley, BC.

WHO YOU ARE:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations:
- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Demonstrated interest in fashion
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment is required
- Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available 7 days a week to work a variety of shifts that include early mornings, afternoons, and/or late evenings
- This position is based out of our Retail Centre, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Fashion Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create long-term relationships with our guests
- Understand guest wardrobe needs and provide product expertise
- Provide in-depth product knowledge
- Provide guests with promotions and event information that is directly related to the department
- Assist in product and visual merchandising
- Ensure area is neat and tidy, putting merchandise away in a timely manner
- Contribute to the Team in living our Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned
