Description:
Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Fastener Lead Engineer - Chassis to join our highly skilled and dynamic Engineering team.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Reporting to the Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for you will play a crucial role in developing and refining the chassis and joints systems for whilst collaborating with our engineering team to design, test, and validate these systems to ensure we meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver ownership of Chassis Fasteners
- Support D&D to meet targets in terms of joint assessment based on hardpoints loads that invollves preload and slip calculations, strength & FOS assessment & package
- Experience in Chassis Suspension systems joints with variety of interfaces
- Define product technical specifications that meet vehicle system, manufacturing, service and quality targets
- Defining DVP to support track and rig tests
- Defining CAE and durability boundary conditions and targets
- Monitoring engineering completion (DFMEA progress, part releases and DVP status)
