SALARY AND HOURS

5 hours per week (hours completed in one day), £17.91 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to joining our team providing quality teaching to our students studying our UAL Level 2 and 3 Creative Media Production courses.
Preferably the applicant would have some teaching experience at an FE level, although this is not fundamental to the application.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Technical ability, in particular familiarisation with a range of programming languages, software technologies and packages including software such as Blueprint Visual Scripting within Unreal Engine 4 (UE4)
  • An interest and knowledge of the main media industries i.e.: Film, TV, Radio, Print, Digital.
  • A passion for gaming and an understanding of the different hardware platforms available for games
  • Some knowledge and experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps.
  • A flexible approach to work in order to tailor your ideas and the ideas of our learners.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with learners to produce a prototype.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • A willingness and aptitude to learn new technical skills such as version control software
  • Commitment and focus on mathematical and analytical understanding.
