Outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything you do, you are open and willing to help those that need our support. You can communicate clearly and ask the right questions to uncover potential customer needs and sell them the right trust type.
- You enjoy problem solving and finding solutions for our customers
- Previous contact centre/help desk experience
- Confident with MS Office
- Basic accounting skills would be a benefit but not essential
- Strong written and numerical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and analyse data accurately

Responsibilities:
Fee Protect is a service that provides student fee protection to Private Training Establishments within New Zealand. The purpose of this role is to provide account management and helpdesk support services to our Fee Protect Customers.
- Monitor the Fee Protect email and phone queues
- Provide timely, professional and accurate advisory services to our customers
- Helping end users navigate and use the Fee Protect website system
- Reviewing applications
