We are seeking a driven and experienced Consultant from the fields of Learning & Development (L&D), Knowledge Management (KM) and Organizational Development (OD) to join our growing team with incredible momentum. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful competency development and learning programs, implementing effective knowledge management strategies, and facilitating organizational change initiatives for our clients in the private sector. In this role, your work will have a significant impact, shaping the development and success of thousands of employees in multiple countries in the CEE region.
This is a Senior Consultant role which requires an ability to convene and collaborate across business units, applying a consultative and user-driven approach to understand key stakeholders’ and the wider organization’s learning and knowledge management needs.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing learning strategies and programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within our client’s organizations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop effective training solutions, and measure the impact of learning initiatives on organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development:
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze client requirements to design and develop customized learning programs for large organizations with thousands of employees.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences (e.g., workshops, eLearning modules, blended learning).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and learning partners to leverage external expertise and resources when necessary.
  • Knowledge Management:
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to capture, share, and leverage organizational knowledge, particularly within large and complex organizations.
  • Design and manage knowledge repositories or platforms suitable for large-scale implementations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing initiatives and encourage a culture of learning within large organizations.
  • Organizational Development (related to L&D and KM areas):
  • Partner with clients in the private sector to identify organizational/cultural challenges and opportunities for improvement, with a specific focus on challenges arising from digital transformation and agile organizations. These will likely be large organizations with thousands of employees.
  • Design and facilitate change management initiatives to support successful implementation, considering the impact of digital transformation on these initiatives within large organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness in the face of a constantly evolving technological landscape, especially for large and complex organizations.
  • Additional responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned projects effectively, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in L&D, KM, and OD, with a particular focus on understanding the impact of digital transformation, main technological trends on these fields.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of learning professionals and consultants.
