Description:

A Medical Center in Sharjah is looking for a Tele sales Agent with three years of experience in the Medical field, with Excellent communication skills in Arabic. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential customers or clients via phone to promote medical products or services.
  • Providing information about products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as the latest products and services offered by the company.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the Medical Center
  • Making sales pitches and closing deals over the phone.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in a system.
  • Generating leads and identifying potential new customers
  • Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc / BA will be a plus
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of Tele sales practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sector as a Tele sales Agent or other sales / customer service role
